Poor Plaza resellers. They didn't ask for a visit from Charlie Sheen, but a month later, they're still dealing with the fallout. Today's example is #1305, a 1BR, 1BA that Russian gambling magnate Boris Belotserkovsky and his son George Bellow purchased for $5,101,643 in 2007. It returned to market in mid-2009 with a pricetag of $5.595 million, which doesn't seem like much of a gamble until we look at the current asking price of $4.7 million, fresh off a $200K chop. The decline isn't actually out of line with how the market has fallen since 2007, and even at the Plaza, we've seen worse. Still, maybe the house doesn't always win.
