Rent on Kent Gets Wet; Bed-Stuy Building Sales Update

WILLIAMSBURG?Plug one leak and another pops up. That's true everywhere, including new luxury rental building 184 Kent. One tenant's problem got fixed, but now another writes: "Thought you might be interested to know that there have been other leak issues since then -- this time coming from the roof. We had a leak in our apartment that took 2 months to fix, and supposedly the issue was resolved, and then our ceiling started leaking AGAIN today." Those photos above are from the August leak in the apartment. How dare today's angel tears falling from the sky infiltrate Williamsburg luxury! [CurbedWire Inbox]

BED-STUY?Guess the prices were right at the Karl Fischer-designed 315 Gates Avenue condo. In 10 weeks of sales, 22 of 72 homes are in contract, which is just over 25% of the building, reps tell us. Prices start at just $195,000. [CurbedWire Inbox]

UES?Our favorite Twitter response to today's Renee Zellweger news comes via @fordo: "Celebs under 80 live on the UES?? WTH?" [Twitter]
