The last time Larry Silverstein was asked about his stalled 80-story Four Seasons condo/hotel in the Financial District, he turned into Bob Evans. This time around he was more direct. Ol' Silvypants said he expects to break ground on the Robert A.M. Stern-designed 99 Church Street in 2012, and complete it in 2014. Silverstein was also just named a "Living Landmark," which means any cosmetic work he decides to get done in the future must be approved by the LPC. [WSJ]
