For the moment, the two apartments at 24 East 82nd Street pictured above belong to actress Renee Zellweger. But perhaps not for long. The two apartments are on the market for $6.975 million and $1.975 million, the Times reports. The apartments take up their UES co-op's whole second floor, and Zellweger's been thoughtful enough to take care of some of the combo work already: when she originally picked up the apartments, for a total of $8.2 million, there were three of them. But perhaps Zellweger's in too much of a hurry to leave for her to finish the work, because she's even taking a loss on the smaller place, for which she paid originally $2.8 million.
