For every demanding West Village townhouse seller, there's one who just wants a buyer, any buyer, to the place off their hands. Take photographer Paul Costello and his wife, former Domino magazine style director Sara Ruffin, who've just sold their townhouse at 88 Bedford Street. The buyer of the 1850 home is masked by a company name, Bottle Tower Inc., but whoever it is paid $9.6M for the house. That's a relative bargain compared to the list price of $12.95M, at least based on the glimpse the photos give of what's inside.
