Washington Heights! At least when it comes to dog poop in Manhattan. The worst blocks were Riverside Drive, Amsterdam Avenue, 179th street and 160th street. And that's just Manhattan. The Bronx is the worst of all the boroughs with 202 violations and Glendale, Queens was the worst overall neighborhood. Start picking up the poo, dog owners! [NYP]
