And so, the Observer reports based on intel from a mystery source, Parker and Broderick have settled on a duplex co-op at 88 Central Park West. The apartment formerly belonged to Laurie Tisch and was initially asking $25 million, before a recent PriceChop to a more reasonable $21.5 million. (If even Sting had to lower his price, what's an 88 CPW seller to do?) The listing for Parker and Broderick's future home is, sadly, already offline.
