Any buyers who may have considered that 11th-floor combo co-op in Madonna's soon-to-be ex-residence Harperley Hall: wanna supersize that? Hopefully so, because the $15.25 million #11AFG is already off the market. It has been replaced by #11ABFG, two bedrooms larger and asking $27 million (and, er, not yet actually combined). We have a little trouble believing that a co-op board so against a celebrity's three-unit combo would allow another buyer to amass an entire floor. But maybe the ordinary rich person will fare better than the famous rich person.
