Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander can flip his under-renovation Superior Ink penthouse for $31.5 million after paying $25.4 million for it. But what about the little guy? Maybe inspired by his neighbor upstairs, the owner of one of Superior Ink's smallest and cheapest apartments has returned his unit to market for an attempted flip. Horacio Ledon paid $997,885 for the 943 square feet in March, the second-least expensive sale in the building among those who actually paid for their units. (There were also a couple freebies.) After renovating "to create a streamlined and sleek loft space, he's now hoping to get $1.7 million for it.
