To be fair, the Brooklyn-Queens borderland of Ridgewood has already shown signs of gentrification, like the occasional condo development or Gothamist editor relocating there from Williamsburg. But now the neighborhood has three new art galleries, and three makes a trend, so QCD5 news is on the case. Money quote from one of the gallerists: "You probably wouldn't find us if you weren't looking for us, but that's not, uh...that's not by design." Feel that buzz?
