When one Novogratz-designed door closes, another opens. And so the Novogratz clan-designed townhouse at 24 Thompson Street, which last traded hands for $6.95 million in 2006, is back on the market, this time as a rental. It's asking $37,500/month. Packing up and moving out are NBA star Zydrunas Ilgauskas, headed to the Miami Heat, and his family. They're big Novogratz fans, but Jennifer Ilgauskas tells The Real Deal her design taste is less rustic than that of the Sixx Design team. Her modifications to their handiwork in the gallery above. We'll miss you in New York, Ilgauskas clan, but thanks for the basketball dome legacy!
