$60M Penthouse at Upper East Side's The Mark Tries, Tries Again

The long, dispiriting journey of The Mark, the renovated and sorta converted Upper East Side hotel, just got a little longer. The $60 million penthouse, for which there were once 18 letters of intent from prospective buyers and a $150 million offer from billionaire Leonard Blavatnik, is back on the market. It first hit the market in January 2008, came off the market in October 2009, tried again in November '09, took another break in late October, and was relisted yesterday, with no change in asking price. (The maintenance is a drop-in-the-bucket $35,445/month.) We've never run a full-size floorplan of the place, so here's one. Anyone out there re-inspired to pony up the $60 million?
