Breathe easy, Upper East Siders: Miraval Living 515 East 72nd Street has found a new spa operator. The building ended its agreement with the Miraval spa?and underwent a name change?in October, after opening delays and developer-spa disagreements. The building's spa will now be operated by American Leisure, and residents' monthly spa charges will be 40 percent lower. Will the building be renamed American Leisure Living?
