BROOKLYN NAVY YARD?Preservation groups the Municipal Art Society and the New York Landmarks Conservancy are picking a fight with the U.S. Army National Guard over the declining state of the Brooklyn Navy Yard's Timber Shed and Building B, the two historic Admiral's Row buildings that are supposed to be preserved in the new-look Navy Yard.
