The rumor hit yesterday that perpetual apartment-hunters Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick had found a new home at 88 Central Park West. Not so fast, an anonymous "friend" of Parker's tells the Post, "This isn't a done deal." While we wait to find out the truth, we pulled the pics of Broderick's and Parker's potential future home, a $21 million duplex with what the Post describes as a "funky" layout, from a cached listing passed along by a tipster.
