After several years of controversy and delay, the scaffolding has finally come down at Carroll Gardens' 360 Smith Street. The current design, from Armand Quadrini and KSQ Architects, is the successor to the community-hated Robert Scarano version. Not that this design is going over much better with the locals?blog Pardon Me for Asking, which snapped the above post-scaffolding shot, calls the building "uninspired" and the block "rather fuggly." And that's without the mood lighting!
