Timberlake's penthouse purchase has just closed, and according to public record, he paid $6,567,712.50 for the 2,598-square-foot apartment. It was most recently asking $7.65 million, and once as much as $8.66 million. Okay, fine, we're willing to crown Timberlake a bargain-hunter: Timberlake reportedly paid $4.689 million for his Pearline Soap Factory condo two years ago, down from its list price of $6.75 million.
