It's not just cleaning, they're doing stone work on the facade and it's actually pretty noisy. I also noticed they are getting rid of trash from the wing that they were going to tear down through the now empty lot at 45 Broad St. but I can't tell whether it's from general renovation inside or if they actually resumed the demolition works of that part of the building. Is it 2007 again? Will it be rental or condo? (Just 2 or 3 weeks ago, they finally got rid of the old promotional posters from the previous condo project so they must have changed strategy)."
