Another Developer's Bond Street Penthouse Now Up for Grabs

New, 7 comments

Happily for those of us who aren't developers of luxury real estate, sometimes industry bigwigs deign to sell off the fancy apartments they've designed for themselves. The latest developer on a streamlining tear seems to be BFC Partners' Don Capoccia. Not only did he recently put his Schaefer Landing penthouse on the market, but he's now trying to unload his triplex atop Noho's 48 Bond Street. (Maybe he's got another penthouse at Toren?) The $13.25 million apartment above artist Chuck Close?some photos and floorplans in the gallery above?comes with an optional three-car garage that raises the price to $15.85 million. Nice lookin' place, but the other options down the street might be nicer.
