Turns out the attendance ratio at October's dueling Prospect Park West bike lane rallies kinda matches neighborhood feelings on the lane. According to a survey sponsored by the neighborhood's City Council members, only 22 percent of respondents wanted the the bike lane to go, while 54 percent wanted it to stay. Twenty-four percent recommended "some changes."
