Battle of the 10th Floor Clocktower Building Apartments!

New, 10 comments

While the fabulously wealthy eye the building's $25 million penthouse, the rest of us are left to fight over the scraps at Dumbo's One Main Street, the Clocktower building. And while there are plenty of scraps to choose from, not all are created equal?not even when they're all 2BR, 2.5BA units on the 10th floor. Take #10A and #10J, on the market for $2.75 million and $2.4 million, respectively. 10J has a renovated red kitchen and ebony floors. 10A, which the current occupants purchased for $773,000 when the building was converted in 1998, has a home office-turned-Japanese bedroom and a profile in the Wall Street Journal. So, which apartment wins the deathmatch?
First up, #10A:
