It took a $2.3 million PriceChop, but we knew, for a penthouse this epic, this day would come: the duplex condo at the top of 25 North Moore Street, Tribeca's Atalanta, is in contract. Google engineer Craig Nevill-Manning bought the place for $8.25 million in 2005 and then completely redid it. His first ask, $14.75 million, didn't fly, but maybe he got something closer to the new price of $12.45 million. And since he's already on to his next renovation project at 150 Nassau Street, maybe another million here or there doesn't matter so much.
