As the Warehouse Turns...

New, 24 comments

Just when we thought that Williamsburg nightmare factory Warehouse 11 had settled down, The Real Deal's Sarah Ryley attempts to explain the latest messes. The developers' attempt to get an extension to buy out the building's debt (at a deep discount) has been rejected, though they're appealing. Meanwhile, lender Capitol One claims the developers never got permission to start that fire sale, but the developers say the bank is just hatin' now that there's money to be made. Double meanwhile, developer Isack Rosenberg has fellow Burg condo building Olive Park tangled up as collateral, and more bloodthirsty creditors are circling overhead. Got it? [Real Deal; previously]
