Archpaper offers up a few more details on what exactly will happen to the Times Square and Herald Square pedestrian plazas, now that they're here to stay. The city will be sending out requests for proposals for cosmetic improvements like new chairs, to be finished by this summer, and for public amenities and entertainment infrastructure. Those changes are far off, but what might we expect to see soon?
