Parker and Broderick Buy Again; Ex-Yahoo CEO's Boardwalk No-No

The latest headlines from Curbed Hamptons, our outpost on the East End...

1) Amagansett: Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have added a third home to their Hamptons compound. The newest, at $5.8 million, was the priciest of the three, but the couple purchased it quietly, closing back in '08. Speaking of Parker and Broderick, Curbed Hamptons also has the skinny on the latter's upcoming Hamptons TV show.

2) Sagaponack: Billionaire CEO Henry Silverman has forked over $14 million for a more than 12,000-square-foot 8BR, 8.5BA home (above). Silverman's dollars will bring him an infinity-edge pool and a tennis court...and a one-hole golf course.

3) Amagansett: Former Yahoo CEO Terry Semel has been flagged by East Hampton Town for building a boardwalk from his home to the beach without permits. Semel's not the only one: his neighbor, Larry Gagosian, was also in on the project, which, uh oh, went through Nature Conservancy Land.
