A jury found Testwell Laboratories, a company that tested concrete and steel for construction projects, guilty of falsifying test records and sending unqualified workers to do on-site steel assessments. The firm's projects included the new Yankee Stadium, the Freedom Tower, and the Second Avenue subway. Testwell's CEO was also found guilty. So be sure to watch your step the next time you line up to buy a $120 Javier Vazquez jersey at Yankee Stadium. [NYP; prevously]
