Last time we looked at Williamsburg's Factory Lofts at 66 North 1st Street, word was that the developer had defaulted on its loan and the project was about to be firmly filed under "nuh-uh," despite the possible sales of five units. But this week, Brownstoner reports, some studios through two-bedrooms at the Scarano-designed project were relisted in a slightly cheaper price range of $415,000 to $715,000.
