Brooklyn's Forté has had a rough go of it. First it went underwater on its loan, then it started creeping onto stalled construction lists, and then it came back on the market with lower prices. That last move seems to have done the trick, because Brownstoner reports that all units at the condo, in the DoBro/Fort Greene DMZ at 230 Ashland Place, are either sold or in contract. And now we can break out the champagne we were saving for just this occasion. ['Stoner]
