One Brooklyn Bridge Park Combo Condo is Brooklyn's Priciest Deal

New, 1 comment

While Brooklyn Bridge Park waits for the city and state to finish fighting over its financing, sales at neighboring One Brooklyn Bridge Park are blockbustering right along. The Times' Vivian Toy reports that a triplex in the building has just sold for $8.495 million, unseating a 3,208-square-foot penthouse at Dumbo's One Main Street Clocktower Building as the borough's priciest condo sale. (But the Clocktower Building could rise to the top again if its $25 million penthouse sells.) The known details: the 1 BBP champion unit is 9,486 square feet and was bought by an investment management firm founder who hid his name behind an LLC. The apartment is a combination of three two-bedrooms, a one-bedroom, and two studios (three of the units already combined by a previous buyer), so there's no floorplan online, but the Times provides some details about what the buyer hopes to do: a living area, screening room, and wine cellar on the building's 12th floor, two master suites and other bedrooms on the 11th floor, and dens and storage on the 10th floor. Our question: does the buyer get an Audi for each individual unit in the combo condo, or is it only one Audi per person?
