Construction is zipping right along after a long pause for some union busting, and The Real Deal reports that sales will kick off this spring in advance of an early 2011 completion. We've seen the condo complex modeled, but, oddly, never rendered. That is, until a tipster pointed us to the website of EE&K Architects, which features the images seen above. There's also all sorts of mindnumbing copy detailing the project's many eco-friendly features, like renewable energy, lighting strategies, ventilation, insula?whoa is that an outdoor pool up on that deck?!
