Here's something we never thought we'd see in our lifetimes: an Upper East Side townhouse described as "Gray Gardens." But it's happened. And to a Rockefeller, no less! The Post applies the term to 13 East 67th Street, a 10,000-square-foot townhouse owned by the late Barbara Rockefeller, who did pretty well for herself despite the unfortunate nickname of Bobo. Even though it's in "complete disrepair" after being empty since 2005, artist Jeff Koons has snapped it up for $20 million. No interior pics or word on how Koons plans to renovate the space. Koons already owns the house next door, which he bought last year for the comparative steal of $12 million, so he probably has some kind of combo in mind post-renovation. But we're kinda hoping he just fills the new place?yes, even the pool and squash court?with giant sculptures of balloon animals. Branding!
