What first caught our eye about Harlem's Livmor condo was the 17,500-square-foot church housed in the building. It probably puts the 73-unit development in pretty good standing with God, but what about with the denizens of the Curbediverse? We sent some special correspondents up to 301 West 115th Street to check things out. The building touts its 40 floorplan options and amenities like a home theater, conference room and yoga studio. Another little quirk: building intercoms let residents talk not just to the doorman, but also to their neighbors. (And God? There is a direct line!) Twenty-three of the units have been spoken for since sales began in January, including the impressively-terraced penthouse (though StreetEasy shows only one apartment in contract). Prices range from $485,000 to $1.4 million, and closings begin next month. Amen!
