Having bought low, Jacobson wasn't afraid to look a bad market in the face, and he listed the units, now combined into one 3BR, 3.5BA, for $12.5 million last year. A few Chopper encounters later, he's now asking $10.5 million. Given the markup, what's Jacobson done to the place?
