Flashy Italian businessman and occasional real estate broker Paolo Zampolli is adding another lawsuit to his growing litigation pile. The ID Models founder is already suing his former landlords at 50 Gramercy Park North over Ikea furniture and flying chicken wings, and now he wants his commission for bringing in the buyer that purchased notorious 31 Bond Street.
