In the wake of the barring of controversial architect Robert Scarano from filing new building plans, North Brooklyn buyers in his completed buildings are worried about resale values and shoddy workmanship. Disgruntled buyers in eight Scarano buildings have even hired a lawyer, but as New York's JhoRo writes, "Is it right to blame Scarano for all this? It depends on the building."
