Okay, so the plan for Vegas on the Hudson, a Cirque du Soleil theater and lots of nightlife at Pier 40, isn't financially viable for the park. Next idea? A greenmarket! Vendors could completely surround the sports field and use the loading dock, and then move into the pier shed in winter.
