After less than two months on the market, the One Kenmare Square corner unit that may or may not be cursed?the previous owners were Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein (who fatally overdosed in the apartment) and a Chelsea club owner who was killed in a Harley crash?has been claimed. The 1,147-square-foot Downtown condo, which Goldstein turned into a one-bedroom unit, is now listed as "in contract" by Lil' Shvo. The asking price was $1.795 million, $200k less than the frequent tabloid target paid for the place in 2007.
