It's March, but that doesn't mean it's time to set 2009 aside completely, right? The Alliance for Downtown New York has released its 2009 real estate market report, and the numbers are not particularly good, Broadsheet Daily reports. Residential sales fell 52 percent compared to 2008, rents dropped 6 to 9 percent, and only half as much inventory came on the market in '09 as in '08. [Broadsheet Daily]
