Our inner cynic sometimes gets the better of us when we see listings advertising the "wonderful taste and creative vision" of a home's designer owners. But Brooklyn Heights' 33 Willow Place makes our inner cynic look like an idiot, because the house (which appears to belong to artist Anne Attal) does seem as French country as advertised. It's listed for $3.75 million and last sold for $2.3 million in 2004. The floorplan shows seven bedrooms, so for the enterprising buyer, there's probably some profit to be had from a Cheaper by the Dozen remake.
