The Post has an amusing piece today proving your parents right: Manhattan apartments are so small that the kitchens are the closets. The paper rounds up renters who are storing sweaters in their ovens and shoes in their refrigerators, including downtown DJ Mike Nouveau, who recently shared his apartment search journey with Curbed readers (the photo is in his old place). Says one "kitchenista," "You open up the fridge, you see all your shoes laid out in this display case. It's sort of like going shopping every day." More propaganda from the delivery guy lobby. [NYP]
