Proving there's no easy dollar to be made in this town, a state Supreme Court judge has ruled that brokers shouldn't be allowed to keep commissions when buyers back out of deals. Megadeveloper Extell floated residential broker Sloane Square NYC half its 3% commission on a pair of units sold to one buyer at the Lucida, but when that client never closed, Extell demanded its money back and the broker was like hellz nah.
