The last 24 hours have been big when it comes to airing the real estate secrets of former New York Giants standouts. Yesterday afternoon the Observer's Chloe Malle reported that Tiki Barber unloaded his four-bedroom UES co-op at 333 East 69th Street for the $3.495 million asking price. (The listing is still up for gawking.) Barber now suits up for another neighborhood team, Miraval Living. On the defensive side of the ball, the Post's Jennifer Gould Keil points out that a 2,000-square-foot loft in Tribeca Space at 25 Murray Street that has been on the market for a few months belongs to Michael Strahan. The gap-toothed teddy bear paid $1.635 million for the 2BR, 2BA condo (w/ 15' ceilings!) in 2008, and now he wants $1.85 million. Pictures from the listing are above, and the place definitely has the vibe of a little-used pied-a-terre. No framed jerseys? No #92 painted on the wall? A-Rod would not approve.
