The closing has now hit public record, and, unfortunately, the buyers remain obscured behind two LLCs. But there is one other juicy detail now revealed: the price! The two-duplex-penthouse combo originally asking $24 million actually sold for only $14,825,720, a 38 percent discount. The building's sales folks tell us the discount is because the buyers chose to take the 6,845-square-foot property as raw space. And really, with a pool like that, who needs anything else?
