With the doorman contract deadline looming, up to 10,000 doormen are planning to take to Park Avenue tomorrow. According to a press release from the union, they'll actually be cutting a swath across the UES, starting at 79th Street and Fifth Avenue and winding up with a rally at 83rd Street and Park. Does this advance doorman gathering mean a strike is coming for sure next week? Unclear, but best get those mail buddy systems set up just in case. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
