The second time was the charm for developers the Chetrit Group, whose initial plan to turn a row of six down-on-their-luck East 76th Street townhouses into three single-family mansions with new rooftop additions met with some harsh criticism. He added: "This row was close to total demolition, and we’ve come so far from there." Next up: Predictions on what prices these behemoths will hit the market for once completed!
