Slow Start for Stalled Sites Program

New, 2 comments

The Department of Buildings has been taking applications for its Stalled Sites Program for a few months. So how's that going? The Real Deal asks DOB Commissioner Robert Limandri, who says that of the 572 stalled sites the city is tracking, the department has gotten applications for the program (which lets developers renew stalled projects' permits for up to four years in exchange for some safety work) from about...12 sites, or 2 percent of the total.
