A couple selling their Upper West Side studio the for-sale-by-owner way have been documenting the process for Brick Underground, and their latest entry is about the 50 brokers that have tried to sway them into getting help from the professionals. They place the brokers into four categories: Intimidators, Cold Callers, Debbie Downers and Partners. A typical Debbie Downer question: "Why in the world do you want to sell on your own?"
