Now that everyone within link-clicking distance of the Upper East Side has had a chance to get all worked up about the rendering for skinny newcomer 949 Park Avenue, there's an even newer design to take a look at. C3D Architecture, the team behind the project, says this rendering's the most current for the 12-unit building. Still slivery, but maybe less fearsome?
