Check out what's happening over at 365 Broadway, the cutie pie of a six-story building on the outskirts of Tribeca that's celebrating its 90th birthday with a somewhat mysterious gut renovation and residential conversion (the building was once home to Paper magazine, among others). Those two additional floors are taking shape, a tipster's photo reveals. Notice the two buildings next door also covered in scaffolding? They're part of the artist formerly known as Five Franklin Place. Good to know that stalled sites aren't necessarily a bad influence on their surroundings.
