Lowdown: New Harlem developments have been getting a little religion lately. First there was the Livmor, with its 17,500-square-foot church. Now there's 88 Morningside right on the northeast corner of Morningside Park, which launches sales May 4. The developers purchased the lot from Harlem's Church of the Master, which will retain 6,000 square feet in the building, according to the Daily News.

The building's gone all out with the luxury appliances and some amenities (concierge, roof deck, fitness center, lounge) and describes its neighborhood as the "Columbia Area." Perhaps to draw attention away from any unsightly neighbors? Exterior rendering looks pretty good for the glassy category, and the park views should be splendid. Feel free to chime in if you've been by lately.
